In the course of its activities, the Data Controller processes personal data in all cases on the basis of law or voluntary consent. In certain cases, data processing is based on other legal grounds or Article 6 of the Regulation in the absence of consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Management Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lawfulness, fairness and transparency: Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
Purpose limitation: Personal data may only be processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
Data minimisation: During data processing, we only process data that is essential for achieving the purpose of data processing.
Accuracy: Personal data processed must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.
Limited storage: Personal data must be stored in such a way that the identification of data subjects is only possible for as long as necessary.
Integrity and confidentiality: Data must be protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Consent: The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Performance of a contract: Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.
Compliance with legal obligations: Data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
Balancing of interests: Data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Data Controller shall take all necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
